Brethren,

March is another exciting month for our lodge! We start off with our annual Chili Cook on 5 March. Please remember to get into the competition, it’s only two weeks away and we need more contestants.

We have to continue the planning for our lodge’s 50th anniversary in April, a lot to get ready.  We need to start contacting Past Members of the JWF and invite them to our celebration. Continue reading “From the East (March 2016)”

From the Secretary’s Desk (March 2016)

Please note that March is a busy month and we appreciate your zest for the Fraternity. We have narrowed the regular mail out list of the Trestleboards to 10 and the rest have been sent via e-mail. This is saving the Lodge that expense of bulk mailing. Those of you that have received the Trestleboard by regular mail and have an e-mail address, please notify us to make the change.

From the East (February 2016)

Brethren,

As we go into February with an exciting year ahead of us! We have to continue the planning for our lodge’s 50th anniversary in April , a lot to get ready. We need to start contacting Past Members of the JWF and invite them to our celebration. We have received the coins in commemoration of this point in our lodge’s History. They will be on sale for $10.00 each.

We also have a Fellow Craft Degree this on the 20th of February. We will continue into the March and will have our DDGM visit on the 17th of March.

Our 1st Stated Meeting will be on the 4th of February and the 2nd Stated Meeting will be on the 18th of February. On Saturday February 13th we will have our monthly lodge Breakfast , served from 7:30am -10am.

We have many events planned for this year, including our 3rd annual Chili Cook-Off the  1st Saturday in March (5th), please spread the word!

LET’S CONTINUE TO MAKE A DIFFERENCE IN 2016!!

I am happy to say the the 2016 dues are coming in very well. We have 110 Brothers who have already paid.lfyou do not have a 2016 dues card, you still need to get one to attend functions where the card need to be shown. Also, if you haven’t sent me your e-mail address, please do so. We need to update your records. Thanks.
